Edible dye plants and rusted iron create the color palette for the 'Vertical Garden' diptych, hanging gracefully above the buzzing dining room of Michelin-star Restaurant ONE. This diptych by Studio Claudy Jongstra reflects the rectangular vegetable beds of the restaurant's on-site urban garden and the industrial origin of the historic ECI Cultuurfabriek.
